We accessorize almost everything we have in life: cars, houses, clothes, bags, mobile phones, laptops, media players, sneakers, and other properties. We even accessorize our physical appearance: make-up on faces, jewelries on bodies, tattoos on skin, and what else have you got there. So, why not accessorize letters, cards, and other mailings for a change?
Address Labels are the newest accessory in town. Well, actually, the idea of address labels is not that new. What makes it new and hip is the continuous release of latest artistic designs attached to these labels. The constant innovation in colors, shapes, styles, sizes, designs, and prints brings these labels on the threshold of coolness and fashionable.
We got used to the old style of mailing – handwritten. And address labels give a new twist in the system of mailing for many reasons.
1. Address labels personify the person who made the mail. It sends out a message of who he is to the person receiving the mail. It relays to him the emotion that he is in touch with at the time of making the mail. If your friend sends a card that has a label theme of hearts, you initially get the idea that he is sending his love for you or that maybe he is in love. Or as an employer, if a job applicant attached his application paper with an envelope accessorized with a professional and simple address label, you probably get the impression that the applicant as a worker may be professional, neat, and organized.
2. Address labels are fun accessories and beautiful to look at upon receiving it. Actually, while sticking on those charming address labels, the sender of the mail already enhances his mood by the images that he sees on his mail. He has chosen it because the design makes him smile or uplifts his senses. Meanwhile, upon receiving the mail, the person holds the same feelings for the beautiful mail he takes out in his mailbox. The accessorized address labels become a source of extending your feelings toward the other person.
3. Who says accessories need to be expensive? Address labels, personalized or custom-made are very cheap. Take $2 out from your budget; and you get a hundred pieces of personalized labels. But prices may also vary depending on the size and complexity of design. However, the price is still definitely affordable to the buying public.
4. Address labels are the safest accessory. You buy jewels as accessory, and you become prey to snatchers and other bad elements of our society. You accessorize your car, and it gets carjacked. Why not indulge in an accessory that does not bring you any harm at all?
5. Address labels are the only accessory that never goes out of style. Mobile phones, media players, clothes, shoes, bags, and other material possession only live in the moment because the technologically-advanced society has always something new to offer. These labels remain for what they are even though prints may change.
